This website holds details of classes and activities available to puppies and older dogs and their families in and around Salisbury, Wiltshire.

All classes are small, all training methods are positive and not punitive and run in accordance with Association of Pet Dog Trainers code of practise.

There are a few changes to March classes. There will be no Train and Maintain on Monday 9th March and classes at vets will be on Monday 9th and Thursday 12th with no classes on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th March. Also no classes from Monday 23rd March to Friday 27th March

Next pup agility is on Saturday 28th March. See below for eligibility details.

Next Outdoor Recall classes are on Saturday 14th March and Saturday 11th April.

Easter Agility will be on Saturday 4th April from 2pm.

Gundog classes restart in April. Monday evening Train and Maintain is on every Monday at 6.45pm and every Thursday at 1.30pm

Saturday class times - Pup Agility and Outdoor Recall start at 1pm.

Regular Agility classes for dogs over one year old are on Winter times (Monday daytime and Saturday daytime as normal).
These are for anyone who has completed two workshops at funfordogs - see below for dates of upcoming workshops.

Next sets of Agility workshops will be held on 7th and 21st March or 18th April and 2nd May for any new agility dogs over a year old who are fit, healthy and comfortable around other dogs. Once you have completed two workshops you can join regular weekly classes.

Puppy Behaviour and Development Classes held at Avon Lodge Veterinary Centre, Stratford Road, Salisbury, Hampton Park Veterinary Centre, Sycamore Drive, Bishopdown Farm, Salisbury and Stonehenge Vets, Larkhill Road, Durrington are for young pups aged between 8 weeks and 16 weeks old, usually one week after first vaccination

Pup agility now running throughout the year on last Saturday in each month at 1pm.
Dogs aged six months to a year old. No jumping, but we will be teaching coordination, focus and flexibility as well as having fun with tunnels, tyres and planks.

Puppy Good Manners classes are held at Wagalot Barn, Pitton for young pups between 12 weeks and 20 weeks old. New courses starting regularly on Monday and Tuesday evenings, Friday mornings and Saturday afternoons. Pups older than 20 weeks can join a Beginner Basics course instead.

Sorry, we have no spare slots for any reactive dog situations in the near future.

If you are going to Crufts this year on Sunday 8th March look out for Dexi and Sue - they are doing a couple of 30 minute demos at 10am and 1pm on APDT stand (174) in Hall 5.
